CANCELLATIONS
Registrations canceled by 5:00 p.m., November 14 2008 will be refunded less a $50 service charge. Refunds cannot be given after that date; however, substitutions may be made at any time. Telephone cancelations must be confirmed in writing. In the unlikely event that this program is canceled, registration fees will be completely refunded. The sponsors cannot be responsible for other costs incurred by registrants, including travel and hotel accommodations.

GUEST MEALS
Guests may attend the luncheon and reception at $35 for each event. (These fees admit the guest to meal functions only). Reserve your guest meal(s) on the registration form. Guest registrations canceled by November 14 2008 will be refunded. No refunds can be given after that date.

Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk Hotel is located at 200 North Ashley Drive in Tampa, Florida. The hotel is minutes away from Tampa's old historic Hyde Park, Tampa Convention Center, Florida Aquarium, Adventures Islands and Busch Gardens. The special Stetson rate ($139) will be available until November 4, 2008. Please call the hotel directly at (813) 228-2222 and make your reservations early to ensure a room.
