Lauren R. Pilkington was born and raised in Lake Wales, Florida and moved to New England in 2002 to attend Boston University. At Boston University, Lauren was a Student Union Senator, Dean’s Host, and Vice President of Member Education for Delta Gamma fraternity. She graduated magna cum laude from the College of Arts and Sciences at Boston University with a degree in Political Science and minors in Journalism and French. After college, Lauren worked as an operations coordinator for Governor Mitt Romney of Massachusetts before enrolling at Stetson University College of Law in fall 2006. She joined the Stetson Law Review in spring 2008 and currently serves as a Notes and Comments Editor. Lauren was also a class representative for the Student Bar Association. She is currently the Chair of the Student Leadership Development Committee and a member of Phi Delta Phi. Lauren worked as a summer associate for Bush Ross, P.A. in Tampa during the summer of 2008 and will graduate in May 2009.
